2. Description of Service

Sharp Portfolio Food Tours provides culinary experiences including guided food tours, cooking master classes, and tasting experiences across Canada. Our services connect participants with local food culture, chefs, and culinary establishments.

3. Booking and Payment Terms

Reservations

• All bookings must be confirmed with full payment or approved deposit
• Prices are subject to change without notice until booking is confirmed
• Special dietary requirements must be communicated at time of booking
• Minimum age requirements may apply to certain experiences

Payment

• Payment is required at time of booking unless otherwise arranged
• We accept major credit cards and electronic transfers
• All prices are in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise specified
• Applicable taxes will be added to the final amount

4. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Customer Cancellations

• More than 48 hours: Full refund minus 10% processing fee
• 24-48 hours: 50% refund
• Less than 24 hours: No refund
• No-show: No refund

Tour Cancellations by Us

• We reserve the right to cancel tours due to weather, insufficient participation, or safety concerns
• Full refund will be provided for tours cancelled by us
• Alternative dates or experiences may be offered

5. Participant Responsibilities

By participating in our tours and experiences, you agree to:

• Arrive on time at designated meeting points
• Follow safety instructions and guidelines provided by tour guides
• Inform us of any allergies, dietary restrictions, or medical conditions
• Respect other participants, guides, and venue staff
• Not consume excessive alcohol during tours
• Take responsibility for personal belongings

6. Health and Safety

• Participants join tours at their own risk
• We are not liable for allergic reactions, food poisoning, or other health issues
• Participants with severe allergies or medical conditions should consult a physician before booking
• We follow all applicable health and safety regulations
• Tours may be modified or cancelled due to health and safety concerns

7. Limitation of Liability

Sharp Portfolio Food Tours, its employees, guides, and partners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from:

• Use of our website or services
• Participation in tours or experiences
• Actions of third-party venues or providers
• Loss or damage to personal property
• Injury or illness during tours

8. Photography and Media

By participating in our tours, you consent to being photographed or filmed for promotional purposes. These images may be used in our marketing materials, website, and social media. If you do not wish to be included, please inform your guide at the beginning of the tour.
